Online time (UTC):		enter time whe the server is online, 08:00 - 13:00 i.e.
QRG (kHz USB center):		3588 kHz USB center (center frequency), enter multiple frequencies if your server is a scanning server
QRG (kHz USB Dial):		3587 kHz USB Dial (as shown on TRX, center frequency would be 3588 kHz USB), enter multiple frequencies if your server is a scanning server
